I was looking through some Japanese sites and found that during Tokyo Winter Wonder Festival 06, a new Ikaruga model was made, the SHIRASAGI! Maybe by 13B/SPECTER?
I e-mailed Hobbyfan.com and this is what they said to me (I am having a little trouble understanding it)
We should be able to get the new release Ikaruga this year.
Believe we have won the auction from Yahoo Japan already.
Now just waiting on the production price quote. One actual kit has arrived
later.(see last photo attached)
Speaking of that. If you knew anyone who has other figther jets from the
same series at last year's WF.
Or the RayStorm fighter. We are very interested to work with you for the
recast of it. Just let us know.
The last photo was the SHIRASAGI.
Am I reading right that places like hobbyfan buy these models and then produce their own?
I have sent a reply and will keep everyone updated (I mentioned to them a Raystorm fighter that is on Yahoo JP right now).
Ikaruga has the greatest ships I have ever seen ~_~.
